Selecting available modules

The Modules section allows you to specify which Alloy Navigator Express modules and tasks are accessible to users in the Self Service Portal.

To enable a module, check its box in the list. Unchecked modules will remain hidden, ensuring the portal stays clean and relevant to your audience.

Here's an overview of the available modules:

  • Tickets : Allows users to report issues to the Service Desk and monitor the status of their reported Incidents.

  • Equipment Lending Library: Provides access to the Equipment Library, allowing users to request items for loan or events and manage Equipment Reservations.

  • Approvals: Displays Approval Requests awaiting user action, enabling users to approve or reject them directly through the portal.

  • Knowledge Base: Grants access to Frequently Asked Questions and Knowledge Base articles, helping users find solutions independently.

  • Announcements: Allows users to view important Announcements shared via the portal.

  • Assets: Displays a list of computers and inventory items assigned to the user, enabling them to report issues with their assets.
