The Admin Center provides administrators with full control over the appearance, functionality, and accessibility of the Self Service Portal.

Use the settings under Apps and Portals > Self Service Portal to customize the portal’s title, logo, header image, and theme to align with your brand identity. You can also configure essential features like multilingual support, available Alloy Navigator Express modules, and homepage layout, ensuring the portal meets the specific needs of your users. The settings include options to manage user access, such as anonymous access and user authentication, including Single Sign-On (SSO).

TIP: For multiple Self Service Portal instances, you can customize each instance under Apps and Portals > Self Service Portal > [Instance].
