The AI Assistant in the Self Service Portal
The following placeholder types are available:

User context: Provide information about the current user, such as name, language, or locale.

System skills: Reference built-in assistant skills, such as ticket creation, Knowledge Base search, service requests, or equipment reservation.

Tools: Expose built-in assistant tools and actions, such as object search, navigation, opening records, ticket operations, and other portal actions.
All placeholders are read-only.
Review the available placeholders to understand what context, tools, and actions are available to the AI Assistant. You can use these placeholders when customizing the system prompt.
