Your Alloy Navigator Express administrator can configure the Mail Connector tool to automatically convert e-mail messages into Tickets
and Change Requests.
You can also configure Alloy Navigator Express to automatically create Tickets
and Requestsaccording to a schedule (for details, see Managing Recurrent Tickets).
