The Tickets and Changes tab shows all Service Desk Tickets and Change Requests this person has submitted, i.e. all records where this Person record is currently selected in the Requester field.
You can open the details of a Ticket or Change Request directly from this tab by double-clicking its record, or by right-clicking it and selecting Open.
TIP: If you need to access all Tickets and Change Requests assigned to this person, open the corresponding grid and filter it by the Assignee value. For instructions, see Filtering records.
