Filtering by an excluded field’s value

This method enables you to hide the records containing a particular value in the chosen field (column).

To filter records excluding a particular field’s value:

• Right-click the cell that contains the value you want to hide and choose Filter > Filter Excluding Selected Field from the pop-up menu.

Only the records which don’t contain the chosen value in the chosen field are displayed.
