Restoring system fields

You can restore the default properties for a system field.

To restore a system field's properties:

1. Go to Customization > General > Fields > [Object Class].

TIP: To access classification and reference tables, go to Classification and Reference Tables (Customization > General > Fields > Classification and Reference Tables) .

2. Double-click the system field whose properties to restore. The Field Properties window appears.

3. To restore the default field label, clear the Custom Label field.

4. If you have customized the field label on a data view level and want to restore the default label for these views as well, click Advanced and clear the Label fields in each relevant view row.

5. Click OK.

6. Click Save on the Standard toolbar.
