Your assets

The My Assets section shows equipment and other items from your organization's inventory that are assigned to you. In the system, you are listed as the owner of these devices, which means IT has assigned them to you. Here, you can view details about your devices and quickly submit a ticket if something isn’t working.

To view your assigned equipment, open the side navigation main menu and select My Assets.

In the My Assets section, you’ll see a list of items linked to your account.

For each item, you can view the asset name and description, serial number or ID, status, location, etc.

Create a ticket from an asset

If you’re having an issue with one of your assigned items, you can create a ticket directly from its details page:

  1. Open the item in the My Assets list.

  2. Open the Tickets tab.

  3. Click +Technical Issue.

  4. Fill out the form with details about the problem and submit it.

This links the ticket to the asset automatically, so IT immediately knows which device or item you’re reporting.
