Minimum IIS Requirements

Before installing the Self Service Portal, make sure that Internet Information Services (IIS), an optional component of Windows OS, is installed and properly configured.

The state of the IIS is checked automatically, along with other prerequisites, when you click Install Alloy Navigator Express Self Service Portal on the Advanced Installation page of the Alloy Navigator Express 2024 Installer. The information is shown in the "Internet Information Services state" row of the Check Prerequisites window.

If the test fails, the installer displays a list of missing requirements. Review the requirements and install all listed IIS components manually.
