The Service Catalog consists of a number of SC items. You can add new SC Item, perform workflow actions with items, and delete items using the same methods as for any other Alloy Navigator objects. For details, see Working with Service Catalog Items.
SC items are organized by applying various service categories. You can create and edit the hierarchical tree of service categories. If your organization uses the Self Service Portal (SSP), you can mark particular service categories as "Public" that means that these categories are visible for SSP customers.
