Create Actions widgets

A Create
To configure a Create Actions widget:

Open a dashboard.

Click Customize Dashboard
in the upper-right corner. The widget library opens. -
To create a new widget:

Click Actions (three dots).

Select New Widget > Create Actions.

On the Settings tab, configure:

Title: Name displayed on dashboards and in the widget library.

Actions > Add: Select Create Actions to appear in the widget.
For each selected action, you can configure a custom caption, if needed.

Drag action to change their display order.

On the Sharing tab, choose who can access the widget:

Only me: Keeps the widget private and visible only to you.

Everyone: Makes the widget visible to all users.

Specific people or groups: Shares the widget with selected users and/or groups.
IMPORTANT: Widget sharing controls who can see the widget on dashboards. However, individual Create Actions are typically restricted by user roles and permissions. Users can only see and use actions available to their roles.

Save the widget.
The widget is now available to add to dashboards.
