Stock Movement window
The Stock Movement window contains the inventory movement details of the stock item:
Transaction section - displays the general transaction details of the stock item.
Direction - the direction of the stock item movement.
Reason - the reason of the stock item movement.
Date - the date and time of the transaction .
Stock Item - the type of the moved stock item, its ID and name. You can open the stock item record details by clicking the field label. The object record will appear in a fly-out preview form. To access its full form, click the hyperlinked field label with the wheel mouse button, or click the Edit icon in the fly-out preview form. The object record will be opened in a new tab.
Product - the Product associated with the stock item.
Quantity - the number of items moved.
Stock Manager - displays the name of the stock manager who initiated the movement (as it's shown in the Full Name field of the Person record). You can open the corresponding Person record by clicking the field label. is chosen, the field label becomes hyperlinked. To view organization, person, or location details, click the link. The object record will appear in a fly-out preview form. To access its full form, click the hyperlinked field label with the wheel mouse button, or click the Edit icon in the fly-out preview form. The object record will be opened in a new tab.
Comment - the comment about the movement of the stock item.
From section - displays the stock details of the item before the transaction was held.
Purchase Order - the purchase order associated with the stock item transaction.
Source Stock Room - the stock room before item moving. You can open the corresponding stock room record by clicking the field label.The object record will appear in a fly-out preview form. To access its full form, click the hyperlinked field label with the wheel mouse button, or click the Edit icon in the fly-out preview form. The object record will be opened in a new tab.
Source Asset - the Asset associated with the stock item before moving.
Source Person - the Person associated with the stock item before moving.
Source Balance - the number of stock items in the source stock room before moving.

Target Stock Room - the stock room where the item was moved. You can open the corresponding stock room record by clicking the field label. The object record will appear in a fly-out preview form. To access its full form, click the hyperlinked field label with the wheel mouse button, or click the Edit icon in the fly-out preview form. The object record will be opened in a new tab.
Target Asset - the Asset associated with the stock item after its was moved.
Target Person - the recipient of the stock item.
Target Balance - the number of stock items in the target stock room after mooving.
