Project records

Project records are listed in the Projects tree grid. To access the Projects tree grid, select either Project Management > Projects in the Sidebar, or Go > Projects from the main menu.

An open project record shows the information about the project organized in the top pane and a number of tabs.

The top pane displays the following fields:

ID - automatically generated number of the project record.

Status - the status of the project. The list of project statuses is defined by your Alloy Navigator administrator. When the status is set to "Closed", this project is not listed in the Select Project window and Project field so that you cannot choose it.

Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:

• Activity tab

• Tasks tab

• Tickets tab

• Custom Data tab (optional)

• Related Objects tab

• Notes tab

• Attachments tab

• History tab
