Submitting Service Requests

Service Requests can be submitted in different ways:
From the Service Catalog: Select
eitherService Management > Service Catalog in the Sidebar, or Go > Service Catalog mainmenu to access the catalog. Then select an item in the catalog, choose Submit Request from the Actions menu, fill in the details of your request, and complete the wizard. Alternatively, you can open the desired Service Catalog Item and click Submit Request on the Actions pane.
From the Service Requests grid: Select
eitherService Desk > Service Requests in the Sidebar, or Go > Service Requestsfrom the mainmenu to access the grid. Click New on the Module menu, select the Service Catalog category, and then select the desired request. Fill in the details of your request, and complete the wizard.
