Categories tab

The Categories tab shows the list of service categories to which the Service Catalog Item applies.

NOTE: If no service category is chosen for a SC Item, this Item will be shown in the "All Items" and "Uncategorized" categories when you are browsing the Service Catalog. For details, see Managing service categories.

ClosedTo assign a Service Catalog Item to a category:

  • Click Add on the Categories tab, choose the category, and click OK.

ClosedTo remove a service category from the list:

  • Select the service category and click Remove.
