Tickets tab

The Tickets tab lists all Service Desk Tickets submitted by the Persons of this Organization. Namely, this list includes the Tickets where the Requester field displays one of the Persons shown on the Persons tab of this Organization.

You can view the details of a Ticket directly from this tab by double-clicking the Ticket record, or by selecting it and clicking Open.
