Default Work Calendar
You should always have a default work calendar in Alloy Navigator. The default calendar will be used for automatic prioritization of Tickets. When technicians configure Services in the Service Management module, they choose a work calendar to define the support hours for each Service Level. If no work calendar is chosen, the default work calendar will be used for calculating response and due dates of Service Desk Tickets. If no default work calendar exists, Alloy Navigator will assume the “round-the-clock (24/7)” calendar for calculating these dates.

To designate one of work calendars as the default work calendar:

From the Sidebar, navigate to General > Work Calendars.

Under Calendars, select a calendar and click Set Default.
