Searching for List Items in Workflow

You can quickly find all workflow components that contain a particular lookup list item. This may be useful when you need to know where and how it is used in your workflow.

NOTE: To search for a lookup list item, use its Global ID (GUID) as a query text.

You can search for a lookup list item as follows:

• From the Sidebar, navigate to the lookup list with the item in question: go to Workflow and Business Logic > [Module] > [Object Class] > Classification > [Lookup List].
• Right-click the item and select Copy Item ID (GUID) to Clipboard from the pop-up menu.
• Click Search in Workflow on the toolbar, paste the GUID in the Text to find field, and click Find.
