Configuring Mail Connector Jobs

To configure a Mail Connector job to run under the Microsoft Exchange account:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to E-mail Processing > Mail Connector. Double-click the Mail Connector job. The Mail Connector dialog box appears.
  2. Under Profile account..., click This account, click the Find button, select the Microsoft Exchange account matching the requirements described above (see Configuring Mail Connector Jobs), click OK to close the Select User window, and type the password in the Password field.
  3. If you use MAPI for connecting to Microsoft Exchange Server, in the Mail Profile list, select the Outlook profile that you have created for the Microsoft Exchange account earlier.

    NOTE: The profile must be created using the 64-bit version of Microsoft Outlook. For details, see How to create MAPI e-mail profile.

    Then click Test Connection to verify that the Mail Connector can connect to the specified mail account.

  4. Click OK to save your settings and close the Mail Connector dialog box.
