Service Request records

Service Requests are listed in the Service Requests grid. To access the Service Requests grid, select Service Desk > Service Requests from the navigation menu.

NOTE: You create a Service Request directly from the Service Requests grid or from the Service Catalog by performing the Submit Request workflow action. For details, see Submitting Service Requests.

The top pane of an open service request record window displays the number and the summary of the Service Request on the left and its status and priority on the right.
