Change Request records
Change request records are listed in the Change Requests grid. To access the Change Requests grid, select
The Change Requests are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets), and the Change Requests assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid ( My Work > My Tickets).
The top pane of an open change request record window displays the number and the summary of the Change Request on the left and
Ticket - shows the automatically generated number of the Change Request.
Status - displays the status of the Change Request. The list of change request statuses is defined by your Alloy Navigator administrator.
