Change Request records

Change request records are listed in the Change Requests grid. To access the Change Requests grid, select either Service Desk > Change Requests in the Sidebar, or Go > Change Requests from the main menu.

The Change Requests are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets), and the Change Requests assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid ( My Work > My Tickets).

The top pane of an open change request record window displays the number and the summary of the Change Request on the left and the following fields on the right:

Ticket - shows the automatically generated number of the Change Request.

Status - displays the status of the Change Request. The list of change request statuses is defined by your Alloy Navigator administrator.
