Adding Create Actions for Service Requests

To add a Create Action, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Settings Sidebar, navigate to Workflow and Business Logic > Service Desk > Service Requests > Workflow > Actions > Create and click New.
  2. Configure the Create Action on the General, Template, Form, and Programming tabs and click OK.
