Understanding Ticket Views


NOTE: This version of the Mobile App is available only when you have the Mobile App Service installed and configured. In Alloy Navigator 8.7, the Mobile App Service is being deprecated. For details, see Installation Guide: Switch the Mobile App to the Native API Integration.

The Mobile App provides a number of pre-defined views for Incidents and Work Orders. Unlike shared views in the Desktop App and the Web App, these views are available to all technicians, regardless of their security roles.

Currently the Mobile App does not provide the ability to customize views. To understand how these fixed Ticket views work, see Mobile App User's Guide: Understanding Ticket Views.
