Audit by Name/IP Wizard - Audit Credentials
Provide the credentials of the account that will run the audit in one or several of the following fields:

Windows - These credentials will be used if the operating system of the target computer is recognized as Windows. These credentials must correspond to a member of the local Administrators group on the target computer (either directly or through the membership in a Windows domain group). You can choose the credentials either in the drop-down list or in the Select Audit Credentials window that opens on clicking the ellipsis button .

Linux and Mac - These credentials will be used if the operating system of the target computer is recognized as Linux or Mac OS. You must choose the credentials that allow logging on to this computer, preferably the credentials of an account with administrative privileges. You can choose the credentials either in the drop-down list or in the Select Audit Credentials window that opens on clicking the ellipsis button .

ESXi/vSphere/Citrix - These credentials will be used if the operating system of the target computer is recognized as ESXi/vSphere or Citrix hypervisors. You must choose the credentials that allow logging on to these computers. We recommend that you use an account with administrative privileges. You can also specify a local account as long as this account exists on every computer you want audited. For Citrix hypervisors, audit credentials must allow logging to the computers using the SSH protocol. You can choose the credentials either in the drop-down list or in the Select Audit Credentials window that opens on clicking the ellipsis button .

SNMP - If you need to identify network devices by accessing the data via SNMP, provide SNMP settings in this field. You can choose the credentials either in the drop-down list or in the Select Audit Credentials window that opens on clicking the ellipsis button .
NOTE: Alloy Discovery supports SNMPv1, SNMPv2c, and SNMPv3 versions.
