Refreshing data
When you open the grid you can see whether records reload automatically or not by the icon on the Status Bar:

The locked storage
icon shows that records reload automatically every ten seconds. -
The blue rotating arrows
icon indicates that you need to reload records manually clicking it.
To manually refresh the data, click the Refresh Data button 
on the Standard Toolbar (or press F5 on the keyboard, or select View > Refresh from the main menu).
