Configuring the Desktop App options

You configure the Desktop App options in the Options window. To access the Options window, select Tools > Options from the main menu.

The settings you specify in the Options window only apply to your Alloy Discovery installation, not to any other instances of Alloy Discovery in your organization.

The Options window contains the following tabs:

• General - see General preferences.

• Display - see Display options.

• Advanced - see Advanced preferences.

• Spell Checking - seeGeneral spell checking options.

If you have logged on to Alloy Discovery using an account with Standard Authentication, you can change your password in the Change Password window (Tools > Change Password). For details, see Changing your password.
