Subscriptions

This article describe the Subscriptions section in the Admin Center that allows administrators to monitor and manage user subscriptions to notifications. Here, you can see all users who are subscribed to notifications along with their specific subscriptions, providing a clear overview of who receives critical updates.

Each row in the Subscriptions section lists a user’s name and the notifications they are subscribed to, with a count indicating the total number of subscriptions. To see specific notifications, expanding a row.

The Delivery channels column displays icons indicating whether notifications are sent as email or web alerts.

Each user record in the Users section also displays the notifications they are subscribed to, making it easy to track individual subscriptions (see Users). Additionally, each notification template includes a list of subscribed users (see Subscriptions).
