Tag management

This article describes the Tag management section in the Admin Panel. This section allows administrators to create, manage, and delete tags that are available to all users.

When you open the Tag management section, you'll see a list of all existing tags. The Usage column indicates the number of inventory records assigned to each tag.

The Filter records search bar helps you find specific tags, and the filter options allow sorting and filtering tags based on name or usage.

Creating a new tag

To create a new tag:

  1. Click the New tag button.

  2. Enter a name for the tag and select a color.

  3. Click Create to save the new tag.

The new tag will now appear in your tag list and can be applied to inventory records (see Tagging records).

Deleting tags

To delete one or multiple tags:

  1. Select one or more tags using the checkboxes.

  2. Click the Delete icon.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
