Marking a Software License as main

When Alloy Navigator Express can not match the installation key and serial number from the audit snapshot to any existing Software License record, it allocates the main license to the Computer where the associated software was discovered. This page shows how to mark a software license as main.

To mark a Software License as main:

1. Open the corresponding Tracked Software record.

2. Under Licenses, double-click the license that you want to make the main one. The preview window of the Software License opens. To open the Software License, click the Edit button in the Preview window.

3. Under Default allocation, select the Main License check box.

4. Click OK.
