Reports help you track, analyze, and share ITSM and ITAM data from Alloy Navigator Express. There are two distinct types, each serving a different purpose, but together they let you analyze data and share results in the way that works best for you.

• Analytics

  Analytics provide insights into trends, performance, and key metrics. They are interactive and shareable, helping you and your teams explore data, spot patterns, and make informed decisions. Analytics always display real-time data, but they can also be exported for use outside of Alloy Navigator Express.

• Printable Reports

  Printable reports are designed for viewing and exporting information to Word, PDF, or Excel. They capture data as it exists at the moment the report is generated. There are two types:

  • Summary reports: for viewing or exporting summary information about multiple records of a specific object class, such as Tickets or Computers.

  • Detail reports: for printing the details of a single record, such as a specific Ticket or Computer, one at a time.
