You can use Addresses grid for setting up the shipping and billing addresses of your company. You can create as many addresses as you want.
To go to the Addresses grid, click
To view the details of an Address, double-click its record. The Address window opens.
The Address window contains the following fields and controls:
Description - The address description.
Shipping - Marks the address as shipping and adds it to the list of shipping addresses that are accessible from a Purchase Order.
Billing - Marks the address as billing and adds it to the list of billing addresses that are accessible from a Purchase Order.
Address - The actual shipping or billing address.
Contact Information - This section contains the contact person’s name, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail and website addresses. You can open the web site in your default browser by clicking the Web Page link, or start writing an e-mail message in the default mail client by clicking the Email link.
