SSP AI Assistant Log

The SSP AI Assistant Log provides detailed records of how the AI Assistant processes user requests in the Self-Service Portal. Each log entry captures the assistant’s prompt, the AI configuration used, and how internal knowledge sources were queried to generate a response.
This log helps administrators review AI behavior, troubleshoot unexpected results, and fine-tune AI configuration or knowledge content to improve response accuracy and relevance.
By default, the following views are available:

All Time: Displays all AI Assistant log records

Last 7 days: Displays records for the last 7 days

Today: Displays records for the current date
Each log entry represents a single AI Assistant request and includes:

Date and time when the request was processed

User who initiated the request

Prompt submitted to the AI Assistant

AI parameters, such as:

AI provider

Completion model
-
Embedding model

Vector database search details, including:

Search query
-
Number of matches found
- Returned references (if any)
