Viewing Actions for Technician accounts

Introduced in 2022.1

See how to view all Actions that a technician has due to membership in security roles.

To view the Actions available for a technician:

  1. Under Users & Security > Accounts and Roles > Accounts, click the desired account. The User Account form opens.

  2. Click the Actions tab and view all the Actions this technician has available.
