Viewing effective permissions of Technician accounts

Introduced in 2022.1

Effective permissions are the overall permissions that a technician has due to membership in security roles. See how you can view effective permissions of technicians.

To view effective permissions of a technician:

1. Under Users & Security > Accounts and Roles > Accounts, click the desired account. The User Account form opens.

2. Click the Effective Permissions tab and view the effective permissions.
