When your product license supports Technician accounts of both Named and Concurrent types, you may want to change the type of an existing account.
To change the type of a Technician account:
Under Users & Security > Accounts and Roles > Accounts, double-click the Technician account to modify. The User Account form appears.
Under License, click the desired type: Named User or Concurrent User.
If the account is currently in use, your changes will be applied the next time the user
IMPORTANT: You will not be able to change the account type if the limit for the number of named accounts has been reached. For information about your license limits, see Settings and Tools Help: Viewing license usage statistics.
