File Statistics

The File Statistics tab of the Computers grid displays the volume statistics for every file type (or file mask) requested through the Summary File Scan.

NOTE: File statistics appears in the grid only if you performed at least one audit with the Summary Scan option enabled for at least one file mask. For details, see File Scan.

To see where the files of a particular type are located on the hard drive of the audited computer, double-click corresponding record in the grid. A separate window appears with the following information:

• Count - the total number of files detected at the specified location.

• Path - the full path to the files on the hard drive.

• Size - the size of the files.

• User - the user name on whose computer the files were detected.
