Change Event window
The Change Event window displays the detailed information about a Change Event detected during audit results processing. The window can be opened from the Change History window.
NOTE: On the newly audited computers, all the hardware/software/configuration object detections are reported as Change Events, when set by the administrator (for details, see Change History Settings). Obsolete Change Events pruning is defined by the administrator (for details, see Repository Options).
By default, each entry in the list contains the following information about the Change Event:
-
Date - the date and time when the Change Event data was uploaded.
-
Node - the computer where the Change Event was detected.
-
Type - the type of the changed object.
-
Component - the object that was changed.
-
Attribute - the attribute of the component.
-
Change - the event occurred with the component (e.g. detected, updated, removed).
-
Audit Date - the audit date and time when the Change Event was detected.
-
Old - the old value of the attribute.
-
New - the new value of the attribute.
Detected Change Events can refer to the object changes (e.g. Display Adapter is added/removed from the computer) or the attribute changes (e.g. vertical frequency is changed from 60 Hz to 75 Hz). Attribute, Old, New fields are applicable for the attribute changes only.
You can page through the records using the Next Item and the Previous Item buttons. To refresh the data, press Ctrl+F5. To close the Change Event window and return to the Change History window, click the Close button.
