Specific requirements for detail reports

To work correctly in Alloy Navigator Express , a details report shall meet the following requirements:

1. The report must contain a SQL Expression Field named Current_Record_ID.

   Alloy Navigator Express will assign the identifier of the chosen record to this field.

2. The report data shall be chosen from a database table or view in such a way, that the selection results in a single record.

   Normally, this requirement is met by selecting a database table or view and fixing the selection condition that record’s ID equals to Current_Record_ID using the Select Expert tool.
