Marking Person records as inactive
You can mark a Person record as inactive.
If a Person record is marked as inactive, the user accounts associated with this Person (if any) do not allow to log on to the Web App, Self Service Portal, Alloy mobile apps, or the Desktop App.
Typically, you mark a Person as inactive by using the Mark Inactive workflow action. After you execute this action, the Status field of the Person shows Inactive.
You can activate an inactive Person record by performing Mark Active action.
