Records

Each object in Alloy Navigator Express (such are a Service Desk Ticket, or a Computer, or an Organization, etc.) is represented by a record. In data grids, records are shown in rows.

Each record opens in a separate window showing record's details and allowing you to edit information or perform other specific tasks.

An open record displays the Action Bar on the right, which contains a set of actions available for this object. For details, see Action Bar.
