Browsing through records

If you are viewing an open record, you can browse forward and backward to view the details of other records shown in the same grid by using the following commands:

• To go to the next record:

  • Click the Next Item button on the Module Menu or press Ctrl+>.

• To jump to the last record in the grid:

  • Click the arrow next to the Next Item button , and then click Last Item.

• To go to the previous record:

  • Click the Pervious Item button on the Module Menu or press Ctrl+<.

• To jump to the first record in the grid:

  • Click the arrow next to the Previous Item button , and then click First Item.

The records you are going to will be shown in the same window.

NOTE: If there are no previous or next records, the Next Item and Previous Item commands are unavailable.
