Analyzing grid data with Microsoft Excel

When you have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer, you can quickly load the data from any Alloy Navigator Express grid to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet so that you can analyze the data using Microsoft Excel features.

To open the grid data in Microsoft Excel:

1. Display the view that you want to open in Microsoft Excel.

2. Right-click anywhere in the grid and choose View > Analyze with MS Excel from the pop-up menu.

TIP: Alternatively, when the grid is shown in the main Alloy Navigator Express window, you can select File >Analyze with MS Excel from the main menu.
