Filtering by custom criteria

Using this method you can apply more than one filtering condition to the same column and return a range of records satisfying these criteria.

To filter a list by a range of field’s values:

1. Display the list you want to filter.

2. Click the filter icon in the column heading and choose (Custom...) from the list of column values to display the Custom Filter window.

3. Choose one or two conditions from the drop-down lists on the left and set the ranges in the fields on the right.

4. Select the appropriate logical operator (AND or OR) to combine the two conditions, if needed.

5. Click OK.
