Announcements

Alloy Navigator Express allows making announcements to technicians and Self Service Portal customers. By using this functionality you can distribute various messages, advisories, notices, or news among Alloy Navigator Express users.

Technicians can view Announcements in the Web App, Alloy Navigator mobile app, and in the Desktop App. Announcements for Self Service Portal customers appear in the Self Service Portal and Alloy Self-Service mobile app.
