Working Hours window
You use the Working Hours windows to customize the default working hours for one of seven days of the week, from Monday to Sunday, or define a day off.
To access the Working Hours window, go to Customization > General > Support Hours and under Working Week and double-click a row for a particular day of the week.
Working Day - specifies that the selected day is a working day.
From [ Time] To [ Time ] - the working hours for the day.
Day Off- specifies that the selected day is a day off.
