Macros for Network Inventory alerts
Macros are combinations of static text and placeholders for dynamic content that will be replaced by actual values at runtime. Depending on the alert type, a number of pre-defined macros let you insert dynamic values into e-mail notifications.
You can use the following alert macros:

The list of objects or object changes that were detected, as follows: The "[Object Name]" [Object] [Action]. Action can have the following values: was added, was removed, was detected. For example: The "Samsung ML 2010" printer was added. |

Alert macros can be used for the Body and Subject fields of the alert notification (for details, see Alert [Alert Name] window). In the Body field, all the macros can be used. For the Subject field, only Audit Date, Alert Name and Host Name macros are available.
