How to allow sending notification on behalf of another person
In order to allow Alloy Navigator Express to send notifications on behalf of a person, that person must grant Send On Behalf permission to the Microsoft Exchange or Exchange Online account you are using for sending notifications in Alloy Navigator Express. Notification recipients will see both the sender address and the Microsoft account address in the From line, as follows:From: Mailbox <Microsoft Exchange address> on behalf of Mailbox <person’s address>

Send On Behalf permissions can be granted using Microsoft Outlook via Delegate Access. Each person needs to add the Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online account user as a delegate for his or her mailbox in Outlook, and assign the delegate any level of access. Follow the instructions below for your version of Microsoft Outlook.
For Outlook 2007:

Select Tools > Options > Delegates.

Click Add.

Choose the Microsoft Exchange account mailbox from the Address Book.

Choose None for each folder.

Click OK.
For Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, or Outlook for Microsoft 365:

Select File > Info > Account Settings > Delegate Access.

Click Add.

Choose the Microsoft account mailbox from the Address Book.

Choose None for each folder.

Click OK.
