Enabling and disabling workflow items

You can temporary disable workflow items (Templates, E-mail Notifications, Business Policies, and Integrations). Disabling an item doesn't remove it from the workflow list but instructs Alloy Navigator Express not to execute it. When needed, you can enable disabled workflow items.

To enable or disable one or several workflow items:

1. In a list of workflow items, select one or several items you want to enable or disable.

2. Right-click the selected items and choose Enable or Disable from the pop-up menu.
   
   Alternatively, you can double-click an item to bring up its detail window and clear or select the Enabled check box.
