Web App and Self Service Portal

Resolved an issue where field labels were truncated if their length exceeded that of the longest option or the field itself. Initially reported with Lookup fields with radio buttons, this also affected Multi-Select, Duration, Date, and Date/Time fields. Labels now display fully, ensuring clarity and consistency across all field types.
Additionally, resolved a minor bug where unintended clicks within the radio button group area could unexpectedly select an option.
Web App

Resolved the "SetObjectTags: There are no objects to update" error that occurred when using the Back button during bulk tagging. Back navigation now works seamlessly, allowing you to return and re-tag records without issues.

Resolved an issue where page-level validation conditions were ignored on the final page of wizard-style workflow forms. User input validation now functions consistently across all pages.

Resolved an issue where the Priority Calculation matrix for service levels would silently revert changes if the Ticket Response and Resolution Targets table was incomplete. For example, changes to the priority calculation for the default "VIP Enhanced Serviceā could not be saved due to unspecified targets. This has been fixed, allowing updates to the priority calculation system for all service levels, even with incomplete Response and Resolution Targets.

Resolved pagination issues in the Knowledge Base where switching between categories could result in a blank page or an incorrect Page X of Y display. Navigation between categories now works as expected.
