Filtering

In the Mobile App, you can use filters to narrow the records shown in a data view and focus on the information you need. Filtering is available for all supported record types.

To apply additional filters to the views, tap from the module menu and choose the filtering values.

Under Filter, specify the following:

• Filter By: Select the field you want to use for filtering.

• Contains: Enter the value or text that the selected field should contain.

The data view is updated to show only records that match the specified criteria.

You can change or clear the filter at any time to display a different set of records.
